Hello I’m Dave Moore. 

I’m based in Southampton . I’ve worked in the bricklaying trade for most of my life. I learnt my trade working for large/small developers building high end and basic quality homes on small and large exclusive new housing developments across the South of England.
I also have vast experience in refurbishment of older style buildings and various alterations from footings to gable end also repointing old and modern brickwork and dry fix wall tie replacement systems.
I’m experienced in all aspects of retaining walls, from small front garden walls to large boundary walls
All types of single and double storey extensions including foundation up to over site/DPC with completion up to gable ends or parapets walls – from timber frame new builds to traditional block and brickwork houses.
I’ve vast experience in different types of building such as Purbeck stone in Dorset to precast stone work/ flint block finish in Winchester. I can help you stabilise your old Victorian house from settlement cracks or subsidence cracks in your home. If you have had a new roof fitted that has caused external / internal cracks / damage, I can supply and fit to your engineers specifications, new wooden or steel beams for extra support, including remedial dry fix wall ties and crackbars.
I can also help you with waste removal as I have Environment agency waste carrier licence which can be found on the national UK data base under dam brickwork.
which allows me to tip and remove all garden waste, soil, rubble, wood and be environmentally friendly.
This allows me to use my own vehicles to remove waste responsibly and conveniently, which saves hiring skips etc.
I use a local trusted steel fabrication company. If you have plans, we can make anything required to your specifications. If you don’t have plans, we can design whatever is needed to building regulations.
